The area of the Glacier 459546 showing is underlain by mafic volcanic rock of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group.

A grab sample of a sulphide vein (30 centimetres wide) containing 30 per cent pyrite, 20 per cent specularite and 3 per cent chalcopyrite assayed 2.47 grams per tonne gold, 27.5 grams per tonne silver and 2.96 per cent copper (Figure 10E, Assessment Report 21061; Rock Sampling Data Sheet, Assessment Report 19783).
